If you encounter an error message prompting you to 'Contact Support' stating that "Something is wrong," it is likely due to attempting to register for a Business Finance Assistant account with an email address that has already been associated with an existing account.
Please note that each Business Finance Assistant account can only be linked to a single email address.If you have previously registered for a Business Finance Assistant account, we recommend logging in directly via the Bank of Scotland public website by following these steps:
- Go to business.bankofscotland.co.uk/
- Hover over the âProducts and Services' tab
- Click âAccountancy softwareâ at the bottom of the list
- On the Business Finance Assistant product page, click âLog onâ in the âAlready registered?â section
- Enter your details on the log-on page and select âContinueâ
- If needed, select 'Forgot your password?' on the login page for a password reset
