How do I make a payment?

Use the "Make a Payment" feature from your Bank of Scotland Bank Portal at bankofscotland.co.uk to send payment.

Then, when the payment is completed, it will match up and reconcile the future payment you have added (given that the amount matches).

In the not-too-distant future, we will add a quick and easy way to send payment directly from within Business Finance Assistant.
