You can add each property as a 'new customer'. You will be able to view each 'customer's statement of account by following the instructions in this article: How can I view a customer statement to see all quotes, invoices and credit memos related to that 'customer'
The customer statement shows invoices and credit memos and associated sales receipts, and from your 'expenses' page, you can use the 'search' bar to find all the expenses linked to a certain 'customer' (or property address):
