All full-access users are able to view the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss report VAT Return reports from 'Reports'.
Only those users who enable 'Show accountancy information from 'Your Profile' > 'Preferences' have access to the Trial Balance and General Ledger reports, which offer a more detailed view of your company accounts.
- To generate a Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss or a VAT Return report, please follow the steps below:
- Go to 'Reports'
- In the 'Accounting Reports' section, select the report that you wish to run

Depending on which report you wish to generate, you can click 'Show Filters'

Select 'Include' or 'Exclude' Unreviewed transactions

Add the relevant 'period'

You can download your financial report in Excel or in PDF format
