You must have a separate Business Finance Assistant account for each additional business. Please sign up again for your additional business by clicking the following link: Register For Business Finance Assistant. You'll need to use a different email address to register. You may need to 'clear your cookies' before registering again.
Enter a different email address to register. You can then keep your financial performance separate for both companies.
If you want to send invoices from a different company name, you can change the Company name that appears on your invoices by following the steps below:
- Go to 'Your Profile'
- Go to 'Company Settings'
- Edit the 'Company Name' field
- Upload a different logo if necessary
- Click 'Done' to save
To preview the changes:
- Go to your 'Invoices' page
- Select ‘New Invoice’
- Populate the required fields
- Select ‘Done’
Your 'new' company name will appear on your invoices as per the screenshot below:
