To change your email address, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Business Finance Assistant account
- Go to 'Your Profile'
- Select 'Profile'
- Click 'Change Email address'
- Populate the required fields
- Click 'Save and send confirmation email'
Once we receive that confirmation, processing your request will take 24 hours.
Alternatively, you could keep the same login details and change your email address within Business Finance Assistant though by following the steps below:
- Go to 'Your Profile'
- Go to 'Company Settings'
- Scroll down to 'email' and adjust your email address
- Press 'done' to save any changes
